A programme designed for youth development
Born To Move is not a simplified version of adult classes. It is a pedagogical programme built around the developmental stages of children, incorporating movement science, sport psychology and the latest research in physical education.
Each class combines carefully selected music, age-appropriate movements and engaging interactions to create an experience that goes far beyond simple exercise.
The core goal: to establish a positive, lasting relationship with movement before adult lifestyle habits take hold.
Four programmes, four stages of development
A complete approach to movement
Born To Move is built on three core pillars that guide every session: motor development through age-appropriate movements, the coordination of body and music, and confidence built within a supportive group.
Every movement is calibrated to the neuromotor stages of each age group, optimising coordination, proprioception and overall body control.
Music, the group setting and coach encouragement create emotional safety where every child feels valued regardless of their level.
The 4 modules increase in complexity and intensity, ensuring a natural, coherent progression from early childhood through adolescence.
What happens in a class
Each release is built around a precise musical selection chosen for its motivating power and alignment with the movements. Music is not background — it is the engine of the experience.
Born To Move instructors are specifically trained in youth pedagogy. They master techniques for positive encouragement, group management and real-time adaptation to children's needs.
Every class creates a sense of belonging. Children learn to move together, encourage each other and celebrate collective as well as individual progress.
